We offer free shipping and handling for orders over $50.00


You will receive most orders within 2 to 3 business days.


Please Note: A shipping and handling fee of $7.50 will be added to orders less than $50.00.

FREE SHIPPING: For orders over $50.00, Provitaminas will choose the shipping method based on weight and shipping zones, by using United States Postal Service (Priority Mail (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Typically large order or heavy items are ship via UPS.


Please be advised, either carrier may request signature upon delivery.


For your convenience you may use a business address for delivery.
UPS does NOT deliver to any P.O. Box Address.


Online orders and shipped via USPS, a delivery confirmation number will be provided at the time of processing. With this system you will find information about shipping and delivery date. USPS service is extended through Saturday. For more information please visit

For orders shipped to: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Islands, APO, AE, FPO and US Territories,  a surcharge for shipping will be requested, if your order contains oils, powders or liquids. This process may delay shipment expedition. Your order will be strictly shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service).
USPS does not provide Express Mail Service to any APO, AE, or FPO.


For orders placed online and shipped via UPS, a tracking number will be provided at the time of processing. With this system you will find transit time details. (Specific time for delivery is not provided). UPS usually delivers to residential locations during the afternoon. NO delivers on weekends. For more information please visit


Average transit time is 3 to 4 business days which may differ from the 48 contiguous states. 


For your convenience, you may specify your carrier for an additional charge. Your paid selection of specific carrier is guaranteed:

UPS Ground Service $19.95.  No limits on weight or volume.

UPS 3 Day Select $39.95.         – Weight limit 3 lbs.
UPS Second Day Air $59.95.     – Weight limit 3 lbs.
Additional shipping charge will be requested, if your order exceeds weight limits. This process may delay shipment expedition.

All orders are shipped within 24 hours, except orders received over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday). These orders are shipped on Monday.


Shipping cycle time begins at 9:00 AM PST Monday through Friday.


Cut off time is 1:00 PM. The day you place your order does not count as being in transit.


We are closed for business during major holidays as are UPS and USPS.

As soon as you receive your package, please make sure your order is correct. Any discrepancy must be notified to us within 24 hours from delivery time.

NOTE: Occasionally we run out of stock as our supplier is also out of stock. In these circumstances, you will be notified by mail or by phone. We may send a partial of your order depending on availability. Back orders are usually shipped within 10 business days at no extra charge.


Please be aware, sometimes USPS (United Postal Service) takes a little extra time for delivery, especially during holidays. Your patience is greatly appreciated.



1- To receive your order within specific time frame, we recommend you to place your order by calling customer service during our business hours.


2- Summer time, if your order contains products needing refrigeration. Ice Pak will is available for purchase. Label indicates which items may require refrigeration during the season.   


If you have not received your order after 7 business days, please contact us to track your shipment.  Prior to contacting us, make sure 7 business days have passed. Please have your purchase order number (P.O. #/Invoice #) or account persons name ready.


Lastly but nevertheless, make sure you don’t run out of your favorite product! So please reorder at least 10 days before you are going to run out.

Return Policy:


You have 30 days from the time of purchase to return items and qualify for credit, exchange or refund. A 10% restocking fee will be assessed to returns exceeding 30 days period. After 90 days, no returns will be accepted.


**All returned merchandise must be unopened and sealed, no exceptions**

Postage must be paid by sender. Use any type of return notification to ensure we received return item(s).


Store Credit Option:
Once we have received returned item(s), statement of credit will be posted to your account toward future order.


Refund Option:
A retroactive charge for shipping and handling will be deducted from the total amount of your refund. Refund statement will be sent by mail with in 10 business days.


Exchange Option:
New item must be equivalent in price to returned product. Price difference is charged. Shipping charge will be applied to new shipment.

Replacement will be expedited under the following circumstances:
• If item was received damage of defective, call tag or prepaid label will be issued.
• If incorrect item was shipped, a call tag or prepaid label will be issued.
• Please make sure your order is correct and intact upon arrival.

It is your responsibility to make sure you are allowed to import dietary supplements (vitamins) from the U.S.

All orders are subject to customs and tax approval when the order arrives in your country. These charges are not included with our shipping rates.

If any international shipment is returned to us due to failure to pay custom duties, or regulations forbidden entry of the products in your country, your account will be refunded 80% of the total as a 20% re-stocking and return freight fee.
